Inspired by this post and this post, I have gain some interest in how to turn an idea into a product.
One of the step is the physical design of the product and as SolidWorks seems to be a little overkill for my needs I have begun to play with Google Sketchup trying to model the placement of some components inside an off-the-shelf plastic case.
My first component is (surprise ;p) a model of the EM-406A GPS module I am currently playing with: EM-406A GPS Sketchup component
